The classic way.
Use 1.5-2g of matcha with 50-60g of water at 70-80°C.
A more intense, concentrated style with a bold flavour.
Use 1.5-2g of matcha with only 12g of water at 70-80°C.
A creamy and cozy cup.
Use 2g of matcha, 30g of water at 70-80°C and top it off with 180g of your favourite milk (ice optional).
